How to Keep an SSC Mock Mistake Notebook
Build a short, useful revision list from wrong, guessed and skipped mock questions.
Save questions you can learn from
Start with questions you got wrong, guessed correctly, or skipped despite knowing the topic. Keep the solution and a short note explaining what you missed.
Tag the reason for the mistake
Use labels you can act on: concept gap, calculation error, misread wording or time pressure. For example, if you used the wrong base in a percentage problem, write down which quantity should be the base.
Try it again without the solution
Revisit saved questions after a short gap. Cover the solution, work through the question, and explain the key step. If the same mistake returns, practise another question of that type before retaking a full mock.
